intent fires.On first install Android asks you to allow Install unknown apps once — it's a one-time grant for sideloaded releases. From there, the app auto-updates itself through this same manifest.
Theseus bundles Hermes as an always-on sidebar panel — one keyboard shortcut, same recovery phrase, same inbox as every other device. Hermes.exe is the standalone Tauri window for anyone who already has their own browser and just wants Hermes in a tab.
